Return Policy
Please note that lost items that are later found cannot be returned and will be sent back, with notification given to the payment provider.
In addition, gift cards and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns that have been used for social media pictures or photoshoots under any circumstances.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts due to reasons not related to our error, or for items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@garons.shop
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at service@garons.shop
Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
